Plan a made-to-order gift: a free weekday calculator

A made-to-order gift has two separate journeys: being made, then travelling to its recipient. A shipping-service estimate does not cover both. Our new free calculator helps you keep the stages separate before you decide what to order.

How to use it

  1. Choose one of the two examples: our Raven Books mug or Mountain Moon crewneck.
  2. Enter a planned paid order date. Add your giving date if you want to compare it with the plan.
  3. Choose a transit allowance in weekdays. The starting value of five is editable and is not a carrier quote.
  4. Add an extra buffer, then calculate. The starting buffer of two weekdays is a planning choice, not a promise that it will cover every delay.

You will see three checkpoints: the end of the production allowance, the end of your transit allowance and the end of your extra buffer. Counting starts on the next weekday after the order date you enter.

What it can and cannot tell you

The calculator skips Saturdays and Sundays. It does not automatically skip public holidays or check inventory, production queues, payment acceptance, carrier schedules or an actual delivery address. Those details can change a real order's timing.

If your giving date comes before the final planning checkpoint, the tool flags that comparison. If it comes after, the tool still does not promise arrival by that date. Use the live listing and checkout before relying on a deadline.

Your entered dates stay in the page. The calculator does not save them, submit a form, request an email address or load tracking scripts.

The two shop examples
