Luna moth gifts for an evening reader: mug or hoodie?
A moth-and-moon illustration can suit a friend who enjoys botanical details around a reading chair or a favourite layer of clothing. The useful question is where the gift will fit into their day. A cup and a pullover ask for different kinds of information before you choose.
We are Gleb Zaitsev Studio, the seller of the two optional made-to-order products below on Bonanza. The checklist and three messages at the end are free to use with a card you already have.
Start with the recipient's everyday habits
Think of one recent ordinary evening together. Did they settle down with a hot drink? Did they reach for a pullover with a hood? Use what you have actually noticed, or ask them. Liking a moth illustration does not tell you their preferred mug capacity or clothing fit.
- For a cup they will reach for: compare the 11 oz capacity with their usual mug.
- For a garment they will wear: check whether they like a pullover, then compare the listing's measurements with a hoodie they already enjoy.
- For a date-sensitive gift: check the item's production and delivery estimate before paying. These products are printed to order.
The Luna Moth Moon mug: check capacity and the printed side
Our Luna Moth Moon 11 oz ceramic mug is white, with a pale green decorative moth, a crescent moon, stars and fern details on one side. The main mockup shows that side with the handle on the right. Look through the listing photos before deciding whether that placement is what you want.
The listed price is $29.99 USD. Our existing BIRD5 shop coupon was accepted on this item when checked on 26 October 2026. If Bonanza applies the 5% discount, the item price is $28.49 before applicable checkout tax. The link above opens that existing coupon; check the confirmation and final total on Bonanza.
Standard shipping is included for supported US destinations. The mug is sold individually. A drink, book, gift card and wrapping are not included.
The pullover hoodie: check the shape before the size letter
The black Luna Moth Moon hoodie is a Gildan 18500 pullover in adult unisex M, L or XL, with a hood, a front pouch pocket and a 50% cotton / 50% polyester fabric. The decorative illustration is printed on the front; the back is plain. Its listed price is $66.99 USD before coupons and applicable tax.
Lay a hoodie they like flat and compare the garment measurements. Width here means straight across the garment, rather than around the wearer's body:
- M: 28 inches long and 22 inches wide.
- L: 29 inches long and 24 inches wide.
- XL: 30 inches long and 26 inches wide.
Supplier measurements may vary by up to 2 inches (about 5 cm). Check both width and length, and use this hoodie's own listing chart. A size letter from a different garment does not settle the fit. Standard shipping to supported US destinations is included; the hoodie is sold separately from the mug.
Add one detail that belongs to the two of you
Write the name of a shared book, a familiar place or a small moment on a separate paper card. Then adapt one of these original messages:
- For the evenings that begin with “just one more chapter”.
- Somewhere between the last page and the next cup, I thought of you.
- For a familiar corner, a favourite story and a little time of your own.
The note ideas work with any gift, or by themselves. They are not a printed insert included in an order.
Before ordering
Open the individual Bonanza listing for current photos, stock, size choices, production time, delivery estimates and return terms. Allow for production before carrier transit; this article does not promise an arrival date. The mug and hoodie are separate purchases, and matching artwork does not guarantee combined shipping or bundle pricing.
